Where is my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to check the status of your delivery at any time.
You can also view the current shipping status directly at any time by tracking your shipment.
Are there any shipping costs?
We offer free shipping to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. If your country is not included in this list, please contact us; we will be happy to help you with ordering and delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your country. Please note that our processing time of 1–4 business days is in addition to the transit time. You can find details about delivery times on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, our team will begin processing it, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
What happens if my package arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product or package. We will review the case and either send you a replacement product or refund the amount.
How do returns and refunds work?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. For returns due to quality or service issues, we will of course cover the shipping costs. However, if the return is not due to a quality defect, we ask for your understanding that the customer must cover the shipping costs in this case. Please contact us by email before returning the item so that we can process the request quickly and smoothly.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we offer a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all our products. If a problem occurs, please contact our support team so that we can handle your request quickly and easily.

Why are most Montessori toys made of wood?
Wood is a natural, durable, and safe material. It is long-lasting, free from harmful substances, and offers children a pleasant tactile experience.
Are all your products made of wood?
Not all of them. Some toys are made from other safe, tested materials, such as magnetic building blocks. What always matters to us is that they are safe, sustainable, and child-friendly.
Why are Montessori toys better than ordinary toys?
They promote not only entertainment but also independence, concentration, and motor skills. Children learn important life skills through play.
What age are Montessori toys suitable for?
Most products are designed for children under 5, but many can also be used by older children—for example, our magnetic building blocks or learning towers.
What are STEM toys?
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Our STEM and mathematics toys foster logical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. Examples include magnetic building blocks and construction puzzles.

How do I properly care for Montessori toys?
Wooden toys can be wiped with a damp cloth. Please avoid harsh cleaning products.
