Shipping & Delivery
How does delivery work?
We ship on business days and offer same-day shipping. Please allow our team 2–5 business days to assemble, process, and carefully package your order.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order will be processed according to our shipping process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please contact us so that we can investigate this with the courier.

2. Europe (excluding Germany)
- Countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, the United Kingdom
- Delivery time: approx. 7–15 business days
3. North America
- Countries: Canada, United States
- Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days
4. Australia & New Zealand
- Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days

Delivery is free of shipping charges to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand
Note: If your country is not included in this list, please contact us before placing your order so that we can assist you with processing and delivering your order.
Taxes at checkout
All prices displayed at checkout already include the legally applicable taxes.
Incorrect delivery address details
We deliver products to the delivery address provided when the order was placed. Please ensure that the address is entered correctly, including the complete postal code in accordance with postal service requirements.
If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postal code, Montessori Lernwelt is not liable. The customer may be responsible for additional product and delivery fees. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 business days before reshipping the item.
