Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through our website or by email: support@montessorilernwelv.com. We will process your request within 24–48 hours and inform you of the next steps.
Please include the following information in your message:
- Order number
- Customer's name
- Reason for the return
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

After shipping, please keep the proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been fully processed.
After returning the goods, please email us the tracking number at support@montessorilernwelv.com so that we can track the return as quickly as possible and process the refund accordingly.
Return Shipping Costs
1. Products Without Defects
If you return the goods for subjective reasons (e.g., you do not like the product), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Defective Products
We will cover the return shipping costs for verified quality issues. Please report such cases to our customer service in advance at support@montessorilernwelv.com
Note on Compensation for Loss in Value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if that loss is due to handling that was not necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Packaging
Please ensure that the goods are packaged securely and suitably for transport to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply if you are acting as a business or placing an order as part of a commercial or self-employed professional activity.
