Shipping & Delivery
How does delivery work?
We ship on business days and offer same-day shipping. Please allow our team 2–5 business days to prepare, process, and carefully package your order.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order will be processed according to our shipping process.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery time, please contact us so we can check with the courier.

2. Europe (excluding Germany)
- Countries: Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, the United Kingdom
- Delivery time: approx. 7–15 business days
3. North America
- Countries: Canada, United States
- Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days
4. Australia & New Zealand
- Delivery time: approx. 8–12 business days

Delivery is free of charge to the following countries:

Taxes at checkout
All prices displayed at checkout already include applicable taxes.
Incorrect delivery address information
We deliver products to the shipping address provided with the order. Please make sure the address is entered correctly, including the complete postal code as required by the postal service.
If an order is delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address/postal code, Montessori Lernwelt is not liable. The customer may be responsible for additional product and shipping fees. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 business days before reshipping the item.
